Engineering Design

Our team works hand-in hand with customers to collate feasibility/conceptual studies and produce mechanical, electromechanical and hydromechanical solutions, from designs to full production packs.

Analysis & Verification

With the ultimate goal of maximising system performance and product lifespan while mitigating cost risks, our team uses their site-proven analytical methodologies to run structural, dynamics, durability and fatigue analysis for our customers.

Development Process & Manufacturing

We work closely with our customers to make sure we create the best suited solution and manufacture the equipment in-house to the highest standards, designed in accordance with Eurocodes and PAS8812 and BS5975 standards, ISO 9001 for manufacturing and our welders are coded to BS EN 9606.

Inspection & Testing

For every piece of equipment we design and manufacture, we conduct rigorous checks. The application of proof loads, cycle and function tests, as well as strain and deflection measurements are completed by competent mechanical engineers to ensure the items can be relied on to be durable and safe.

Plus, our team of LOLER and PUWER engineers are always available to carry out future inspections and maintenance, to ensure equipment remains as new for longer, fit for use and that safety and regulation compliance requirements are adhered to.
