Direct-to-Truck BulkX

BulkX is a quick, efficient muck away solution allowing excavation and transfer of the waste directly into spoil removal vehicles or stockpiles.

The solution consists of a large capacity crane lift skip designed to discharge when landed on the back of the truck. Once the feet of the skip are resting on each side of the truck, the crane operator continues to lower the crane hook, lowering also the lifting chains. This opens the BulkX doors, discharging the load safely into the back of the truck.
The system benefits contractors mainly due to it's efficiency as less machines are required on site and major time savings can be achieved. Less machines on site also means reduction of noise and dust pollution benefiting the community. Space efficiency of BulkX proved to be vital for major city projects where site space can be extremely limited or where trucks have to be loaded at the roadside.

Fixed Gantry BulkX

Fixed gantry BulkX configuration consists of bolt-down gantry framework and BulkX skip.

This is a very compact configuration of BulkX system, often chosen for sites with limited space and also sites where discharge of muck happens on the side of the road. Thanks to the simplicity and size, the Fixed Gantry BulkX is often used in big cities to minimise restrictions to traffic.
The gantry is fixed in solid ground or a structure. The BulkX skip, once lowered into position, locks with the gantry allowing the crane operator to lower the lifting chains opening the doors of the skip, discharging the spoil directly into trucks or muck bay.
System can be customised for specific requirements, for example: a gantry extending over the site hoarding to discharge into a truck.

Free Standing Gantry BulkX

The free standing gantry configuration allows for repositioning of the discharge area around the site.

The Free Standing Gantry BulkX system comes with a complete crane-lift framework which can be installed in the desired location for the discharge area. The truck can drive or reverse under the frame.
BulkX skip, once lowered into position, interlocks with the gantry. The crane operator can then lower the lifting chains which opens the skip doors discharging the waste into the back of the truck. Doors closes once the skip is crane-lifted off the gantry.
This configuration is ideal for site where the location of the discharge area needs to change throughout the project. An example of this is where a one lane road closure is permitted during certain hours in an excavation program - the Free Standing Gantry can be used in the one lane road closure throughout the day and then moved at night to allow the road to open again.

Crane Forks Cage

The fail-safe method for moving and lifting blocks and bricks.

The Conquip Crane Forks Cage is a steel box to safely carry pallets of bricks or blocks and is only designed for use with Conquip Crane Forks, including the fixed and telescopic height models. The concept was designed in conjunction with leading UK contractors and lifting personnel, following a lot of near-misses and accidents with Crane Forks being used with a net. The main concerns were due to brick pallets or wrapping failing and safety restraint net user error. As a manufacturer, we recommend this as a fail-safe way of transporting bricks and blocks around a building site, when used with the Crane Forks. It is not a standalone piece of lifting equipment.
